Recruiting Analyst** to join our team at AES Servicios América. **Key Responsibilities** * Execute end-to-end Recruitment and Selection processes across multiple countries (primarily Argentina, Chile, Colombia, Mexico, Dominican Republic, Puerto Rico, and Panama), ensuring quality, agility, and adherence to our global standards. * Implement effective LinkedIn, Indeed, and other portal-based hunting and sourcing strategies. * Manage and document all stages of the recruitment process in Workday. * Collaborate closely with HRBPs and Hiring Managers, acting as a strategic business partner. * Meet departmental KPIs and SLAs. * Drive and execute process, tool, and special project improvements focused on efficiency and optimization. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or related fields. * **\+4 years of full-cycle recruitment experience – mandatory.** * **Advanced (or upper-intermediate) English proficiency – mandatory.** * Workday experience (preferred). * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). * Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with strong customer and results orientation. * Ability to resolve and manage multiple requisitions in a dynamic environment.
