Develop and implement Integrated EHSQ Management System documents, as well as asset governance and security. Plan and execute drills based on training needs and legal requirements. Lead critical analysis. Ensure and monitor the availability of Emergency and Security systems, as well as plant-level emergency services and asset security services. Specify and monitor the provision and use of task-specific PPE and keep them up to date. Participate in the Emergency Plan as Brigade Coordinator. Ensure necessary training for personnel. Participate in the Crisis Committee when present at the plant. Generate required reports. Comprehensively manage and administer EHS area suppliers and supervise their work. Systematically evaluate contractors’ EHS performance. * Evaluate implementation of contractor performance management tools. Serve as the liaison with Safety technicians. * Assess risks associated with new tasks and propose control measures. Audit compliance with standards and manage environmental aspects. Identify failures and define action plans to prevent recurrence. Ensure EHSQE policies are communicated and implemented, and train personnel as well as local procedures. Participate in the Joint Occupational Hygiene and Safety Committee (Law 12913\). Ensure incident and near-miss reporting management. Train personnel and implement corporate EHSQE applications and topics. Serve as the designated representative for environmental management under ISO 14001 and the Responsible Care Environmental Plan. Generate plant-level EHS management reports for General Management decision-making. Feed corporate reporting systems with EHSQ statistics. Serve as the legal representative for Occupational Hygiene and Safety before the Ministry of Labor and Social Security. Ensure contractor compliance with EHSQ standards. Manage documentation control services. **Requirements** * University graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Hygiene and Safety, Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields, with specialization in Safety and Hygiene. * Intermediate/advanced English proficiency. * Residence in Puerto General San Martin (Santa Fe) or nearby areas. * 100% on-site availability. **Your Application** To ensure that your application is processed as quickly as possible and to protect the environment, please apply online via our careers portal.
