We are looking for a talented **Specialist Recruiter** to join our team in **Argentina**.
***For this position, candidates located in Buenos Aires or Neuquén will be considered.***
**In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:**
* Lead **high-complexity** Talent Acquisition processes—including critical, strategic, specialized, and managerial-level positions—from strategy definition through to hiring.
* Act as a **strategic business partner and consultant**, advising leaders and Hiring Managers on profile definition, attraction strategies, market analysis, and hiring decisions.
* Use **market intelligence, talent mapping, and Talent Acquisition data** to identify trends, risks, and opportunities—transforming information into actionable insights and recommendations for the business.
* Lead and participate in **continuous improvement and transformation initiatives for Talent Acquisition**, while also serving as a technical subject-matter expert and supporting the development of other Recruiters and stakeholders handling more complex processes.
* Be responsible for managing and fulfilling positions across DBU countries, covering the regions of **Argentina, Colombia, Costa Rica, Honduras, Panama, and Chile**.

**To succeed in this role, you will need:**
* University degree in **Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields**.
* Availability to work **three times per week** at the **Buenos Aires or Neuquén** location.
* Proven experience leading **end-to-end, high-complexity recruitment processes**, including critical, strategic, specialized, and managerial-level positions.
* Experience defining and implementing **recruitment and talent attraction strategies**, leveraging market data, competitive intelligence, talent availability, and recruitment metrics to support decision-making.
* Strong track record acting as a strategic Talent Acquisition partner and consultant to the business—supporting leaders and Hiring Managers in profile definition, search strategies, market analysis, and hiring-related decisions.
* Extensive experience leading selection processes in complex corporate and/or industrial environments—preferably with exposure to diverse functional areas, locations, and organizational levels.
* Established experience managing senior stakeholders and leaders—conducting complex conversations and presenting scenarios, market risks, and Talent Acquisition recommendations.
* Proficiency in market intelligence and talent mapping—including analysis of talent availability, location, competitiveness, market trends, sourcing strategies, and challenges related to attracting professionals.
* Demonstrated ability to interpret recruitment data, metrics, and KPIs—transforming information into insights and recommendations to support business decisions.
* Solid experience analyzing and structuring candidate offers—considering internal policies, Compensation parameters, market competitiveness, internal equity, and position-specific requirements.
* Experience in regional and/or LATAM environments—with ability to understand talent market nuances, local hiring requirements, and diverse cultural and business contexts.
* Relevant participation and leadership in continuous improvement projects, process transformation, implementation of new practices, and Talent Acquisition-related change management.
* Strong track record supporting the development of other recruitment professionals through technical guidance, sharing of best practices, and support in more complex processes.
* Advanced mastery of the full internal and external recruitment process—including intake, strategy definition, sourcing, assessment, candidate management, offer, hiring, and metric tracking.
* Solid understanding of talent markets in Brazil and other Latin American regions—including their nuances, professional availability, and key attraction and hiring challenges.
* Extensive expertise in sourcing strategies, talent mapping, market intelligence, and talent attraction for critical and high-complexity positions.
* Analytical capability applied to Talent Acquisition KPIs and metrics—with ability to evaluate performance, identify root causes of deviations, and recommend corrective or preventive actions.
* Proficiency in recruitment/ATS tools and systems—ensuring data quality, traceability, and utilization of information for analysis and decision-making.
* Strong command of inclusive recruitment practices—ensuring attraction and selection strategies align with diversity, equity, and inclusion principles.
* Understanding of key labor legislation considerations and hiring requirements in served markets—collaborating with specialist teams as needed.
* Ability to develop and present market analyses, recruitment insights, risks, scenarios, and executive recommendations to stakeholders and leaders.
* Advanced English—capable of conducting meetings, selection processes, presentations, and interactions with stakeholders in an international environment.
* Established experience in inclusive recruitment—incorporating practices and strategies that broaden pipeline diversity and promote consistent, equitable, and inclusive selection processes.
