You will lead the Systems Audit team, promoting the development of its competencies and strengthening internal control and IT risk management. **Your key challenges will be:** * Develop the annual IT audit plan based on a risk assessment of processes. * Coordinate the systems auditors’ team, assigning audits, supervising work, and ensuring adherence to methodology, quality standards, and deadlines. * Lead systems audits, IT process audits, technology infrastructure audits, and cybersecurity audits. * Identify and assess IT and cybersecurity risks relevant to the business. * Analyze the impact of technological changes, new systems, or projects from the perspective of internal control and security. * Prepare and supervise clear, consistent, and risk-oriented systems and information security audit reports. * Present findings, conclusions, and recommendations to audited areas and Internal Audit Management. * Timely report critical findings or relevant IT and Information Security risks. * Promote continuous technical training and upskilling of the team in IT and security topics. * Participate in special assignments and investigations involving technological components. **What we need from you:** * Relevant academic background for this position, such as a degree in Systems Engineering, Systems Administration, Computer Science, or related fields. * Minimum 3 years of experience leading teams in audit areas. * Minimum 5 years of experience in systems auditing, information security auditing, or IT internal control; prior experience at one of the Big Four firms is highly valued. * Desired certifications or training in IT auditing, information security, or risk management (e.g., CISA, CRISC, or similar). * Knowledge of BCRA regulations and certifications such as ISO27001, PCI\-DSS, and similar frameworks. * Analytical thinking and risk orientation. * Strong oral and written communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences. * Simplicity in your way of thinking and acting. * Service mindset. * Leadership **This position is based in** ***CABA***
