The Cybersecurity Leader will be challenged to design, implement, and administer cybersecurity platforms, ensuring their correct operation, updates, and performance according to market best practices. This role is critical to safeguarding financial infrastructure, identifying critical vulnerabilities, and ensuring operational continuity. What other challenges does this role entail? Lead the design, implementation, administration, and updating of security platforms across on-premise, hybrid, and multi-cloud environments (AWS/GCP/Azure). Implement and administer services such as Active Directory, DNS, Certificate Authority (CA), database firewalls, etc. Apply hardening measures across all technology platforms following industry best practices. Manage endpoint and server protection solutions in regulated production environments. Actively participate in security incident management. Monitor platform operations in real time, identify anomalous activities or security incidents, and respond promptly. Ensure efficient platform operation and optimize performance to minimize latency and operational impact on the bank. Integrate security platforms with other security solutions and monitoring tools to establish layered defense and enhance threat visibility. Evaluate and test new security technologies and solutions to ensure protection of the organization’s digital assets. Support internal, external, and regulatory audits. Requirements: What knowledge and skills do we value? Proven experience with Windows, Unix, and Active Directory platforms; endpoint protection solutions such as EDR/XDR, etc. Proficiency in PowerShell for automation and incident response. Leadership experience in technical teams and vendor management capabilities. Risk analysis capability. Extensive knowledge of Microsoft architectures (Security / Windows Server), Linux, AWS, GCP, scripting, and automation. Certifications (desirable): CISSP, ISO 27001, NIST, Security+, AWS Certified Security Specialty, Azure Security Engineer. What profile are we seeking?
