Propose operational improvements to optimize processes and response times. * **Requirements:** * Knowledge of system administration, networking, and technical support. * Experience in industrial or mining environments. * Skills in team coordination and priority management. * Proficiency with incident management tools. * Preferred: technical certifications (Microsoft, Cisco, ITIL). * Basic/intermediate technical English. * Availability to work under a 14x14 roster system in Puna.
