Loading and unloading raw materials and finished products. Performing visual quality control of produced wadding, identifying and correcting potential defects. Ensuring compliance with safety and quality procedures on the production line. Assisting with basic preventive maintenance of machinery. What are we looking for in you? Proven experience operating industrial machinery, preferably in the textile sector (Mandatory: experience operating wadding machines or similar equipment). Completed secondary education (Desirable). Commitment and punctuality regarding the 6:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. schedule. Availability to perform overtime when production demands it (Essential). Proactive, detail-oriented individual with strong teamwork capabilities.
