




Job Summary: Responsible for ensuring optimal and safe equipment operation with customers, managing resources, monitoring performance, and planning maintenance. Key Highlights: 1. Analysis and continuous improvement of equipment performance * Focus operational performance on controlling safety parameters affecting equipment quality, quantity, and availability with the customer. * Plan, implement, verify, adjust, and systematize required human, technical, legal, financial, technological, and infrastructure resources to ensure equipment operation. * Monitor operational design, maintenance, and spare parts requirements to ensure optimal equipment operation with the customer. * Report on service personnel knowledge and attitude affecting equipment quality, quantity, and availability with the customer; identifying related training needs. * Review and analyze equipment data together with service technicians and product specialists, suggesting improvement actions to customers. * Generate periodic reports (weekly/bi-weekly/monthly) upon request from customers or direct supervisor. Statistical and/or quantifiable data. * Prepare special reports prior to customer visits for service technicians and product specialists (PSSR \- TSSR). * Develop and maintain equipment technical information (Maintenance Matrix, operational costs, maintenance KPIs, etc.) through standardized formats. * Ensure compliance with customer maintenance plans and, in case of deviations, ensure their reorganization. * Responsible for tracking the status and/or modifications of active equipment. * Perform necessary loading according to the MAXIMO Plan. * Conduct periodic analyses associated with on-site corrective shutdowns (Cerro Negro). * Complete mandatory compliance courses. * Establish necessary priorities within work shifts, focusing on operational criticalities.
