Candidates with experience in electrical maintenance within industrial plants are especially valued. **Experience**: Experience in preventive and corrective maintenance of low- and medium-voltage electrical equipment, operation in industrial environments, and compliance with electrical safety standards is highly valued. **Skills**: * Technical knowledge of industrial electrical maintenance. * Ability to interpret faults and intervene on equipment. * Proactivity and a continuous improvement mindset. * Commitment to safety and work quality. * Teamwork capability and communication with supervision and engineering. * Organization and judgment in preparing records and reports. **What Will Be Your Main Responsibilities?** * Perform preventive maintenance on low- and medium-voltage motors. * Perform preventive maintenance on transformers. * Maintain grounding systems. * Perform preventive maintenance on UPS systems and battery chargers. * Perform preventive maintenance on switchgear, cubicles, and motor control centers (MCC). * Conduct corrective maintenance on electrical equipment, diagnosing and resolving faults. * Prepare maintenance and intervention reports. * Identify deviations or abnormal conditions during execution and propose adjustments or improvements. * Timely identify and highlight detected issues, contributing to enhancement of the preventive process. * Maintain a proactive attitude and willingness to learn and develop technical skills. **Position Information** **Direct Reporting To**: Martinez Navarro Martin \- Head of Electrical and Instrumentation Maintenance **Work Location**: Luján de Cuyo Industrial Complex
