We are seeking a proactive, analytical individual with strong teamwork skills, interested in applying their professional training in a challenging work environment, to perform the role of Warehouse Technician in Añelo, with a focus on operational supervision within a dynamic energy-sector operation. What Additional Qualifications Do We Value? * **Academic Background**: Professionals with degrees in Technical fields, Logistics, or Industrial Engineering (mandatory) * **Professional Experience**: + Experience in logistics sectors related to materials management and warehouse management, preferably 1–3 years + Experience implementing Agile or Lean methodologies + Knowledge of ERP/WMS software and SAP + Experience in the oil industry * **IT Tools**: Knowledge of SAP MM module, WMS or ERP-type software, and advanced Office suite (particularly Excel and Power BI) will be valued. Programming knowledge is also considered. * **Attitude / Personality**: Proactive, results-oriented, committed to continuous improvement and value-added outcomes, leadership capability and independent judgment, experience in highly operationally demanding environments, and strong communication skills for managing interpersonal relationships with internal and external clients and contracted personnel. What Challenges Will You Face With Us? * This role focuses on warehouse management supervision and control, ensuring correct process execution, inventory control, and compliance with standards. What Will Be Your Main Responsibilities? * Supervise receiving, storage, and dispatch processes. Analyze operational data and identify deviations to ensure proper implementation of the management model. * Serve as contract inspector for warehouse-related contracts. * Lead, support, and propose process improvements. * Collaborate in defining daily operational priorities. * Coordinate safe execution of operational tasks while complying with all procedures. * Interact with warehouse users to define service priorities and manage urgent situations and contingencies. * Manage surplus material auctions and third-party sales of materials. * Monitor, analyze, and prepare reports based on service performance indicators. * Monitor inventory traceability and accuracy. Identify stock discrepancies and define action plans. * Maintain contact with users and resolve material supply issues. * Ensure compliance with safety procedures and regulations. **Direct Reports:** NO **Work Location:** YPF Warehouse Añelo.
