Job Summary: We are seeking a Customer Integrations Engineer for our Data team, who will serve as the technical bridge between our product, Customer Experience (CX), and clients—designing and executing integrations. Design scalable and efficient solutions by analyzing technical documentation. You’ll be the essential technical bridge between our product, the CX team, and our clients. Your primary objective will be to unblock, design, and execute the integrations required for Humand to connect seamlessly with each client’s technology ecosystem—from everyday tools to complex management systems. **Key Responsibilities** * **Client-facing & CX support:** You’ll participate in strategic client meetings alongside the CX team, acting as the technical point of contact to resolve questions, explain architectures, and provide technical assurance. * **Development of agile integrations:** You’ll build and configure simple solutions and automations connecting Humand with everyday tools (e.g., Google Calendar, Gmail, etc.). * **Leading development of complex integrations:** You’ll design and implement integrations to connect our platform with the core systems used by our clients (e.g., SAP, Workday, etc.). * **Solution design:** Beyond writing code, you’ll consider scalability. You’ll analyze technical documentation, evaluate integration alternatives, and define the optimal solution for each client—prioritizing scalability and operational efficiency. **What We Value** * Advanced students or graduates in Computer Engineering, Systems Engineering, or related fields. * Proficiency in **Python or similar programming languages** (mandatory). But beyond language proficiency, we require solid foundations in **technical solution design** and **API usage/consumption**. * Prior experience with software integrations is highly desirable. * Excellent communication skills. We need someone unafraid to turn on their camera and speak directly with clients to translate technical challenges into concrete solutions. Join Us!
