Position Summary: We are seeking a Fresh Products Planner to coordinate orders, ensure optimal supply, minimize waste, and guarantee product quality. Key Responsibilities: 1. Plan and coordinate orders for fresh products 2. Ensure optimal supply and minimize waste 3. Collaborate with Production and Sales We are looking for a **Fresh Products Planner** to join our team with the objective of planning and coordinating orders for fresh products (chicken, pork, processed items, cold cuts), ensuring optimal supply to our branches, minimizing waste, and guaranteeing product sales and quality. * Develop and coordinate the daily, weekly, and monthly ordering plans for fresh products. * Ensure supply according to projected demand from branches and customers. * Analyze historical sales data, trends, and seasonality. * Coordinate internal production of fresh processed items. * Monitor inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods. * Minimize losses due to expiration or overproduction. * Ensure proper product rotation (FIFO). * Coordinate with Logistics regarding receipt, storage, and distribution. * Collaborate with Production and Sales to adjust planning based on actual demand. * Report deviations, shortages, or surpluses to Management. * Verify freshness and presentation standards prior to dispatch. * Propose improvements in planning, supply, and production processes. Requirements: * Education: Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Food Science, or related field. * Prior experience in the food industry and fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG), preferably with fresh products. * Analytical ability and results-oriented mindset. * Organizational and planning skills. * Knowledge of inventory management and production planning. * Advanced Excel proficiency. * Experience with Tango Gestión system (not mandatory).
