Job stability and an excellent work environment Job Posting: Receptionist for a Private Orthopedics and Kinesiology Clinic – Afternoon Shift Description: A private medical clinic located in Caballito is seeking a Receptionist with proven experience in the healthcare sector to lead and coordinate our front desk. We seek an agile professional with high empathy toward patients experiencing physical pain, excellent ability to work under pressure, and leadership skills for support staff. Main Responsibilities: Front-desk reception, registration, and appointment scheduling for a high volume of afternoon patients. Telephone reception and medical schedule management. Cash handling and payment collection. Must be proficient in Google Sheets. Daily coordination with the treatment room assistant to ensure order, cleanliness, and patient assistance. Daily coordination with the HR Coordinator and Clinic Manager. Mandatory Requirements: Prior verifiable experience working as a receptionist in medical offices, clinics, or healthcare centers. Strong service orientation, empathy, proactivity, and excellent interpersonal communication skills. Ability to follow instructions and adhere strictly to operational protocols. Full availability to work Monday through Friday during afternoon hours. Saturday mornings are optional. Position Conditions: Schedule: Monday to Friday, 3:45 PM to 8:00 PM (patient care from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM). Saturdays, 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM. Work Location: Caballito.
