Job Summary: Assist Card is seeking a Junior CRO Analyst for its E-Commerce team, aiming to improve funnel efficiency and maximize revenue and conversion through a data-driven approach. We deliver high-quality service in their native language, available 24/7. At *Assist Card*, we are looking for a **Junior CRO** ***Analyst*****,** to join our **E\-Commerce** team. Your objective will be to continuously enhance our funnel efficiency, maximize revenue and conversion, and work with a 100% data\-driven approach to transform opportunities into hypotheses and insights into actionable outcomes. **Role Responsibilities:** * Ensure improvement of our e\-Commerce conversion (sales). * Propose new features to enhance site user experience. * Analyze competitive intelligence (research), study market trends and best practices to adapt the company to ongoing changes. * Manage website content (configurations). * Identify opportunities and build business cases with a strong data\-driven focus. * Collaborate with UX/UI and Experimentation teams to deliver an improved experience for our users. * Design and monitor processes involving various stakeholders. **Requirements:** * Advanced students or graduates in Communications, Marketing, or related fields. * Minimum 3 years of experience in e\-Commerce. * Proficiency in web analytics tools (GA4 \| GSC \| BQ \| Data Studio \| Similarweb \| or similar ***(mandatory).*** * Excellent command of Excel \| Google Sheets \| or similar ***(mandatory).*** * Knowledge of HTML \| CSS \| JavaScript (desirable) * Analytically minded candidates capable of identifying trends and generating insights related to increasing e\-Commerce conversion and performance. * Strong problem-solving skills, analytical ability, and capacity for synthesis and diagnosis (both quantitative and qualitative) ***Benefits:*** ***Swiss Medical Health Insurance \- Additional Time-Off Days \- Language Training: English & Portuguese \- Discounts on Educational Platforms \- Birthday Gift \- Childcare Financial Assistance \- Travel Assistance \- Gym Discounts*** Full-time schedule \- Hybrid 3x2 \| Location: Saavedra *At Assist Card, we want our employees to be the protagonists of their own professional journey,* *Are you ready to embark on a new flight?*
