PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: * Coordinate and support the execution of Sandvik’s training projects and learning activities in Chile and Latin America (Peru, Colombia, and Argentina). * Manage and maintain up-to-date training records, attendance logs, assessments, and completion statuses. * Coordinate logistics for in-person, virtual, and e\-learning training sessions, including schedules, invitations, communications, and materials. * Provide operational and functional support to employees, instructors, and stakeholders on matters related to training and learning management systems (LMS). * Support the implementation and tracking of learning pathways, onboarding processes, and mandatory training programs. * Monitor project costs, track budgets, and manage vendor payments. * Support ANSCO-level coordination, ensuring accurate communication and operational alignment. * Manage and maintain document control, safeguarding information required for audit and compliance processes. * Prepare training and management reports for monitoring, control, and decision-making. * Propose operational improvements in training processes, administrative management, and digital tool usage, promoting continuous improvement. YOUR PROFILE: * Technical or university degree in Human Resources, Administration, Education, or a related field. * Prior experience in administrative or operational roles related to training or HR (preferred). * Intermediate proficiency in MS Office. * Intermediate level of English (preferred). * Experience or aptitude for working with training platforms. * Proficiency in digital tools for virtual training. * Strong orientation toward organization, administrative control, internal customer service, and data accuracy. * Ability to coordinate multiple activities with attention to detail and adherence to deadlines. * Alignment with a culture of safety, ethics, collaboration, and continuous improvement. OTHER REQUIREMENTS: * Willingness to travel domestically and internationally. * Flexibility to work rotating shifts according to business needs. * Class B driver’s license (preferred). * Residence in Santiago (preferred).
