Mastery of technical SEO and site health **SEO Specialist (Revenue & Growth Focus)** We are looking for a highly accountable, results-driven SEO professional with deep expertise in **technical SEO** and hands-on experience with **WordPress** and **Elementor**. This role goes beyond traffic generation; its primary purpose is revenue impact, taking full ownership of increasing organic lead volume (calls, forms, and bookings). **Key Responsibilities** * Lead Generation Strategy: Develop and execute SEO strategies specifically designed to increase visitor-to-qualified-lead conversion, identifying organic opportunities without reliance on paid advertising. * Technical SEO and Site Health: Conduct comprehensive audits to optimize crawlability, indexation, and site architecture, ensuring continuous improvement of Core Web Vitals and implementation of structured data (JSON-LD). * On-Page Optimization and Conversion: Perform keyword research aligned with purchase intent and optimize landing page structures, metadata, and internal linking to maximize ROI. * Content Creation and Authority: Write and publish optimized content (blogs and service pages) under EEAT principles, maintaining "silo" structures to strengthen topical authority. * Local SEO and GBP Expertise: Manage and optimize Google Business Profile listings, ensuring NAP consistency and publishing geo-tagged updates to dominate local search results. * Analytics and Strategic Leadership: Deliver measurable reports on lead and conversion growth, adjusting tactics based on algorithm updates and business growth objectives. **Job Requirements** * 2+ years of experience in technical SEO * Advanced English (C1) * In-depth knowledge of technical SEO principles, including crawlability, indexation, site architecture, and structured data (Schema.org). * Mandatory hands-on experience building and optimizing within WordPress and Elementor. * Advanced proficiency with Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, and GTmetrix for analysis and monitoring. * Proven experience managing and optimizing Google Business Profile (GBP) and using local tracking tools such as Local Falcon. * Ability to conduct search-intent-based keyword research and create high-quality content under EEAT principles. * Results-Oriented Mindset: Highly accountable profile that takes full ownership of organic lead generation and measurable ROI. #Marketing25 Job Type: Full-time Application Question(s): * Do you master WordPress?
