Apply here to start an extraordinary career today.** AES is seeking an **O\&M PPEE Technical Inspector** **Job Description:** The position requires high availability to support operation and maintenance of the facility, working collaboratively with peers and with remote and on-site specialists. The position reports to the park manager and interfaces with subject-matter experts across various disciplines and with the San Nicolás Remote Control Center. There will also be interaction with cross-functional business unit areas (procurement, EHS, performance, etc.) **Responsibilities:** * Execute and inspect preventive and corrective maintenance tasks defined in work orders generated through the work management process. * Respond to equipment failures and resolve resulting faults (unplanned). * Generate reports on completed tasks and maintain up-to-date CMMS (SAP) records with all data required by the asset management system. * Inspect operation and maintenance tasks performed by contractors, focusing on safety, quality, and sustainability of activities. * Play a key role in certification and maintenance of the integrated management system (safety, environment, quality, asset management). External audit processes conducted by Global Risk, non-conformance tracking, and continuous improvement. * Perform equipment switching operations and operational tasks; fulfill the roles of EAC and RAC in accordance with applicable safety procedures. * Ensure ongoing compliance with corporate EHS standards. * Actively participate in "asset criticality analysis", "work management", and artificial intelligence (e.g., "Etapro"). * Commit to the park’s social dimension: community engagement, complaint handling, and liaison with landowners to maintain positive relationships. * Commit to all environmental activities at the park. * Collaborate in developing operation and maintenance procedures and instructions, as well as EHS procedures. **Requirements:** * Electrical or electronics technician. * Wind farm operation and maintenance (desirable). * Operation and maintenance of wind power installations. * Intermediate or advanced proficiency in the core Microsoft Office suite. * Intermediate English (spoken and written). **We improve the lives of more than 10\+ million people through safe and reliable energy delivery.
