Apply here to start an extraordinary career today.** AES is seeking an **O\&M PPEE Technical Inspector** **Job Description:** The position requires high availability for operation and maintenance activities at the facility, working collaboratively with peers and with remote and on-site support from specialists. The position reports to the park manager and interfaces with subject-matter experts across various disciplines and with the San Nicolás Remote Control Center. There will also be interaction with cross-functional business unit areas (procurement, EHS, performance, etc.) **Responsibilities:** * Execute and inspect preventive and corrective maintenance tasks defined in work orders generated through the work management process. * Respond to equipment failures and resolve resulting faults (unplanned). * Generate reports of completed tasks and keep the CMMS (SAP) updated with all data required by the asset management system. * Inspect O&M tasks performed by contractors, focusing on safety, quality, and sustainability of activities. * Play a key role in certification and maintenance processes for the integrated management system (safety, environment, quality, asset management). External audit processes conducted by Global Risk, tracking of non-conformities, and continuous improvement. * Perform equipment operations and switching maneuvers; fulfill the roles of EAC and RAC in compliance with applicable safety procedures. * Ensure ongoing compliance with corporate EHS standards. * Actively participate in "asset criticality analysis", "work management", and artificial intelligence applications (e.g., "Etapro"). * Engage with the park’s social dimension, including community relations, handling complaints, and liaising with landowners to maintain positive relationships. * Commit to all environmental activities at the park. * Collaborate in developing O&M and EHS procedures and work instructions. **Requirements:** * Electrical or electronics technician. * Wind farm operation and maintenance experience (desirable). * Operation and maintenance of wind power facilities. * Intermediate or advanced proficiency in basic Microsoft Office suite. * Intermediate English (spoken and written). **We improve the lives of more than 10\+ million people through safe and reliable energy delivery.
