Joining YPF means becoming part of a project combining experience, passion, and the energy required to continue building our future! **What Are We Looking For?** We are currently seeking an ACTIVATOR for the Activation area, responsible for ensuring suppliers meet purchase orders and contracts on time and as specified, thereby guaranteeing continuity of the company's projects. **What Do We Value as a Differentiator?** * Education: Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or other engineering disciplines. * Language: Intermediate English for reading technical documentation and basic communication with suppliers (desirable). * Knowledge: SAP proficiency (mandatory) Microsoft Office suite (mandatory) Power BI (desirable) Experience in purchase order tracking, expediting, or contract administration (non-mandatory) * Competencies: Compliance- and detail-oriented. Ability to organize under pressure. Assertive communication. Proactivity and autonomy. Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. **What Will Be Your Main Challenges?** * Monitor supplier manufacturing progress, detect deviations promptly, and take corrective action to ensure adherence to project timelines. * Coordinate quality inspections at critical stages of the manufacturing process and upon final delivery, ensuring compliance with required standards and specifications. * Prepare weekly material activation reports to support construction and workshop supply coordinators in planned deliveries. * Manage material delivery priorities according to the needs of multiple simultaneous projects, ensuring operational continuity. * Generate reports on manufacturing progress, scheduled deliveries, and acceleration plans for critical products to support the Procurement area in supplier management. * Conduct visits to domestic and international supplier plants when critical situations require it. **Position Information** * Work Location: Esmeralda Building, CABA. * Work Modality: Hybrid — 4 days onsite / 1 day remote. * Travel Availability: As required by the project. * Employment Type: Fixed-term contract for one year, with possibility of extension.
