Job Summary: We are seeking an Accounts Payable Intern to account for supplier invoices, manage payments, and handle inquiries from internal and external customers regarding tax and invoicing matters. Key Responsibilities: 1. Accounting and management of supplier invoices up to final payment. 2. Handling inquiries regarding tax matters, invoicing, and payments. 3. Performing supplier account reconciliations and recording in SAP. Are you the ideal candidate to strengthen our team as an Accounts Payable Intern at Cirion? We’re looking for someone just like you! **Your Mission:** You will be responsible for accounting for Cirion’s supplier invoices in the system, ensuring their proper management through to final payment, as well as handling inquiries from suppliers and internal customers regarding tax matters, invoicing, and payments. **Your Responsibilities:** Perform supplier account reconciliations by reviewing account statements and comparing them with information recorded in SAP. Record invoices, credit notes, debit notes, and internal documents in SAP, applying the applicable tax regulations according to the assigned country. Analyze and review Purchase Orders in SAP to ensure correct invoice recording. Manage and respond to inquiries from internal and external customers regarding invoice status, payments, and withholdings. Maintain up-to-date supplier accounts, ensuring timely processing and payment of invoices. Are You the Right Person? You are currently pursuing a degree in Economics, Accounting, Economics, or related fields. You possess basic knowledge of invoicing, taxation, and journal entries, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook. You demonstrate proactivity, responsibility, commitment, teamwork skills, and adaptability to a dynamic environment with a high workload. You have intermediate English proficiency. **Work Modality:** Hybrid (Monday to Friday, shift to be agreed upon).
