Work modality: Hybrid Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM; Saturday half-day remote; Passive on-call duties. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: \-KPIs: Design and monitor key performance indicators for the company. \-Process management: Oversee and organize all company processes, identifying failures and improvement opportunities. Create manuals, document processes \-Reconciliations and payments: Control and validate income, expenses, and payments. \-Shipments and logistics: Supervise dispatches and deliveries, ensuring proper operation. \-Sales validation: Verify sales documentation and operational conditions. \-Fraud prevention: Monitor operations and validate sales.
