




Job Summary: The Accounting Analyst will collaborate in accounting and financial reporting processes, pursuing continuous improvement and task automation under US GAAP standards. Participate in the implementation of automations and technological tools. **Purpose of the Role** The Accounting Analyst will be responsible for collaborating in local accounting processes and financial reporting to the parent company, ensuring compliance with accounting standards (US GAAP) and established deadlines. This role requires a focus on continuous improvement, task automation, and development of tools that optimize accounting work, reducing manual effort. **Key Responsibilities** * Prepare and review adjusting and reclassification journal entries. * Perform reconciliations of key accounts (banks, customers, vendors, fixed assets, intercompany). * Prepare account analysis and monthly variance reports. * Consolidate and report financial information to the parent company under US GAAP standards. * Ensure accuracy and consistency of accounting and reported data. * Document accounting and reporting processes, proposing continuous improvements. * Participate in implementing automations and technological tools that simplify accounting processes. * Serve as the point of contact for accounting inquiries from the global finance team. * Collaborate on special Finance department projects, including system migrations, ERP enhancements, and reporting automation. **Profile Requirements** * Advanced student or graduate in Public Accounting or related fields. * 2–4 years of experience in similar accounting roles, preferably within multinational corporations or accounting firms (Big Four). * Intermediate English (spoken and written) for interaction with international teams. * Solid knowledge of Argentine accounting standards and familiarity with IFRS and US GAAP. * Advanced proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, formulas, automation via macros or Power Query). * Experience using accounting ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Dynamics 365, or others). **Key Competencies** * **Technology orientation:** interest in automation, digitalization, and process improvement. * **Accuracy and attention to detail:** rigorous handling of financial information. * **Proactivity and autonomy:** ability to identify improvement opportunities and act with initiative. * **Effective communication:** clarity in interactions with local and international teams. * **Analytical capability:** interpretation of accounting and financial data. * **Collaborative work:** integration with multidisciplinary teams. * **Adaptability:** flexibility to work in dynamic and changing environments. * **Professional ethics and confidentiality.
