In addition to learning about the business, contribute your knowledge to the team and deliver value to the end user. **Functions**: Provide vision and direction to the development team and stakeholders throughout the project. Plan and prioritize workload. Present and explain business ideas to the development team. Translate business needs into stories, tasks, and epics. Lead work methodology ceremonies, ensuring they are productive, enjoyable, and allow the team to express themselves. Balance the interests of different product stakeholders. Lead product release planning and set expectations for delivery of new features. Play an active role in mitigating impediments affecting the team. Support the team in their group and personal growth, helping them become better professionals. **Academic Requirements** Currently studying or graduated with a degree in engineering/technology. Certification as Project Manager/Product Owner/Scrum Master or related. **Technical Requirements** 2 years of experience managing technology projects. Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum. Project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or Asana. Google Sheets or Excel. **Skills** Communicate clearly in written and verbal form. Plan resources according to expected workload. Communicate and present progress to stakeholders. Effectively manage time for long-term projects. Present and explain ideas to the team. Conduct daily follow-up on team progress.
