Job Description: We are currently looking for a **Functional Technical Analyst** to join our team and participate in projects related to **management systems, integrations, and business processes**. The position will play a key role as the **liaison between users and technical teams**, participating in requirements gathering, requirement definition, and supporting the development and implementation of solutions. Main Responsibilities * Gather and analyze users' functional needs. * Translate business requirements into **functional and technical specifications** for the development team. * Document system functionalities, processes, and requirements. * Collaborate in the **prioritization of requirements**. * Evaluate the feasibility of solutions according to customer needs. * Identify potential omissions or improvements in initial requirements. * Develop and execute **functional tests**. * Collaborate with **development and infrastructure teams** on solution implementation. * Track development progress and coordinate with involved departments. * Conduct **user training**. * Provide **functional technical support for corrective and evolutionary changes**. Candidate Profile * Graduate or final-year student of a **Bachelor’s degree in Systems, Computer Science, or related fields**. * Experience as a **Functional Technical Analyst or in similar roles within software projects**. * Experience working with **ERP or administrative systems**. * Knowledge of processes such as **billing, accounts payable, and accounts receivable**. * Experience participating in **system-to-system integrations**. * Knowledge of **databases and BPM**. * Proficiency with tools such as **Jira and Confluence**. * Strong communication skills to interact effectively with users and technical teams. Preferred Qualifications * Experience with **agile methodologies**. * Business-oriented profile with proximity to **Product Owner roles**. * Proactivity, adaptability, and orientation toward **continuous improvement**.
