We’re looking for a **DevOps (Cloud Engineer) Lead** to own our cloud infrastructure, data platforms, and DevOps/DataOps strategy end\-to\-end. * Architect and scale AWS infrastructure (S3, Redshift, Glue, EMR, Lambda, ECS) * Lead Infrastructure as Code using Terraform/Terragrunt * Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines for high\-velocity deployments * Design and evolve ETL pipelines and data platform architecture * Drive containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes) * Establish observability: monitoring, logging, alerting * Ensure security, compliance, and cost\-efficient cloud operations * Lead incident management and improve system reliability * Define DevOps/DataOps standards across teams * Mentor engineers and elevate technical excellence * **7\+ years of experience** in DevOps / Cloud Engineering, with at least **2\+ years in a Lead or Senior role** * Proven track record designing and scaling **AWS infrastructure in high\-traffic, production environments** * Strong expertise in **Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/Terragrunt)** in complex, multi\-environment setups * Deep experience building and optimizing **CI/CD pipelines** for fast, reliable deployments * Hands\-on experience with **data architecture and ETL pipelines** at scale * Advanced scripting skills (**Python, Bash, or similar**) * Solid experience with **Docker and Kubernetes in production environments** * Strong understanding of **distributed systems, scalability, and reliability engineering principles** * Experience leading **architecture decisions, incident management, and system reliability improvements** * Proven ability to **mentor engineers and raise the bar of DevOps/DataOps practices across teams** **Nice to have:** * Experience with modern data stack (**dbt, Airflow, Snowflake**) * Familiarity with **observability tools** (Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana) * Experience with **FinOps and cloud cost optimization strategies** * Exposure to **AI/ML infrastructure or AI\-assisted development tools**
