




Customer Support Agent – Remote (Latin America) About Bloom and Bond Bloom and Bond is a fast growing wellness e commerce startup focused on delivering high quality products and an exceptional customer experience. We are expanding globally and building a fully remote international team that values empathy, ownership, and clear communication. Role Overview We are looking for a Customer Support Agent with at least two years of experience in customer support to join our team and handle chat based customer support. This role is fully remote and operates during US business hours. This is a chat only role and does not require phone calls. Responsibilities **Handle customer inquiries via chat and email** Provide customer satisfaction focused support **Assist customers with orders, subscriptions, refunds, and returns** Work daily with Shopify and customer support CRMs **Follow internal SOPs and escalation processes** Leave clear internal notes after each interaction **Collaborate with cross functional teams** Requirements * Minimum 2 years of experience in customer support or customer satisfaction roles * Experience using CRMs and ticketing systems * Hands on experience with Shopify and e commerce operations * Experience supporting international customers * Advanced written English * Located in Latin America * Reliable internet connection and availability during US hours Schedule Full time position operating during US business hours. Fully remote. Compensation Monthly salary based on experience Range: USD $800 to $1,200 per month.
