Strong focus on supporting continuous learning and development **Job Description:** As an SQA Packaging Essentials (SQA) at Mars, you will ensure compliance with our supplier management standards, plans, and risk assessment frameworks. You will lead supplier audits and serve as the subject matter expert for the ingredient or material under your responsibility. Your goal is to mitigate any product recall risk and ensure we deliver the highest-quality products to our customers. What Are We Looking For? * Minimum of 2 years’ experience in commercial or supplier quality. * Willingness and ability to travel 40%–50% of the time. * Manufacturing experience, with physical capability and willingness to work in such environments when required. * Prior experience in the food and/or packaging industry is essential. * Minimum university degree (Bachelor’s or Engineering). * Leadership and coaching capabilities. * Agile teamwork orientation. * Skills to build and maintain strong business relationships (Relationship building). What Will Be Your Key Responsibilities? * Provide expertise in processing materials and ingredients for your assigned product line. * Lead various aspects of the supplier relationship, including data compliance, quality audits, and risk/hazard controls. * Collaborate with our internal buyers to ensure all material specifications are reviewed, understood, and accepted by suppliers. Work Mode and Schedule * Location/Site: MER. * Hybrid model (3x2\): 3 days in office and 2 days off-site (allocated to 1 supplier visit day and audits).
