Responsible for timely and accurate execution of committed PCI activities. * Responsible for market analysis considering key variables (e.g., Market Share, DF/DP, Price Index) and act as an advocate for identifying new improvement initiatives. Identify category growth and development opportunities (Visibility, Turnover, Pricing, Distribution). * Provide support and collaborate closely with the Category CDT Manager to align and execute actions. Work jointly with Sales to accelerate development across various sales channels. * Lead the development of in-store promotions and campaigns, and especially ensure their correct execution. * Operational liaison with the Procurement team (generate POs, issue GRs). * Efficient management, organization, and execution of the brand budget. * Direct collaboration with design agencies for packaging and creative agencies for on- and off-line visual material development. * Lead the Nestlé Recipes project: agency coordination, content production, communication campaigns, CRM, SEO, and budget management. **What Will Make You Successful** * Proactive, organized, responsible, and highly motivated to learn. * Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related fields. * 1–2 years of experience in Marketing and/or Trade Marketing. * Strong analytical capability and results orientation. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Intermediate level of English. * Intermediate level of Microsoft Office Suite.
