Delivery Hero has been listed on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange since 2017 and is included in the MDAX index. **Job Description*** Coordinate the end-to-end supply chain by ensuring operational synergy across all nodes of the logistics network. * Ensure supplier goods receipt at our Distribution Centers (DCs)/Hubs complies with the company’s quality and food safety processes, procedures, and policies; be responsible for documentation control and stock management involving collaboration with departments such as Demand Planning, Inventory, and Accounts Payable, among others. * Develop and enforce the Supplier Manual — an agreement between commercial parties outlining responsibilities of each stakeholder. Manage goods rejections and order cancellations, and support credit note/claim compensation management with suppliers. * Report and assist in investigating incidents reported by our stores. Based on findings, implement corrective and preventive action plans to resolve issues related to DC processes, stock management, food safety, logistics capacity, and goods transportation. * Ensure operational efficiency of our logistics operators by developing and monitoring control dashboards with KPIs including volume, order fulfillment, picking route optimization, fill rate, inventory accuracy, shrinkage, and on-time store arrival. Therefore, responsible for consistently delivering the highest possible Service Level. * Inventory management: implement processes to ensure appropriate stock levels and inventory at the Distribution Center. Conduct analysis and execute reconciliation adjustments. Validate stakeholder work within the logistics operator for each process, and maintain strong working relationships with suppliers to achieve operational efficiencies related to square meters (m²), processes, transport unit capacity, human resources, and machinery. **Qualifications** * \+2 years of experience in distribution centers. * Experience coordinating logistics operations. * Knowledge of Operational and Quality Management for Fruits/Vegetables is a plus. * Experience in inventory handling and order preparation. * Ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders. * Ability to execute with a sense of urgency. * Analytical capability and advanced Excel skills.
