We are looking for candidates who enjoy challenging themselves and working in a dynamic, market-leading company. **Responsibilities:** * Provide necessary information to ensure customer satisfaction. * Manage customers contacting the Call Center regarding complaints, claims, or inquiries; retain service cancellation requests. * Convey the customer's voice to other departments within the company. * Active listening. **Competencies:** * Conflict resolution and management. * Customer orientation and service mindset. * Commercial aptitude. * Call Center experience of more than 1 year (mandatory). **Requirements:** * Completed secondary education (mandatory). * Currently enrolled in a university program (desirable). * Advanced PC skills (Microsoft Office suite). * Part-time work schedule: 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. (weekend availability mandatory). * Hybrid work mode; training is 100% in-person for the first 3 months. * Residing in the Northern Zone or surrounding areas (desirable).
