We are looking for a proactive, responsible, and team-oriented professional. **Main Responsibilities:** Carry out tasks outlined in the equipment and machinery maintenance schedule. Conduct inspections and promptly report equipment status, identifying preventive maintenance needs. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on heavy machinery, vehicles, and facilities. Immediately report any incident, malfunction, or anomaly detected during working hours. Actively collaborate with the Sector Manager and Workshop Coordinator to resolve operational issues and continuously improve processes. Work collaboratively, maintaining open communication and positive interpersonal relationships. Comply with the company's established Quality, Safety, Occupational Health, and Environmental standards and procedures.
