We seek professionals capable of operating in an environment of digital evolution and innovation, who generate new challenges and develop business opportunities. **Your role will be**: To administer third-party platforms, including tracking, maintenance, and production deployment of new platforms and functionalities, as well as designing solutions to improve performance, availability, and observability of the assigned solutions. **Your key responsibilities will include**: * **Administering** third-party on-premise platforms. * **Designing monitoring and observability solutions** * Ensuring the **availability and health** of the platforms under your responsibility. * **Maintaining** platforms in compliance by applying fixes/patches or performing upgrades. * Analyzing **potential platform deficiencies**, coordinating with vendors, users, and developers to advance targeted solutions and drive improvement projects. * Defining how the service is **operated** and **monitored**. * Creating **documentation** for the platform covering administration, monitoring, and operations. * Providing **support** to Development, Support, and end-user teams during Problem and Incident Management processes. * Calculating the cost of Level 3 support services, analyzing **new requirements**, and discarding obsolete ones. * Conducting **analysis and design** of potential replacements for similar solutions. **What do we require from you?** * Advanced student or graduate in Computer Science or related fields. * Minimum 5 years of experience in application administration. * Over 2 years of experience in production deployment of applications. * Advanced experience in operating Unix/Linux-based platforms. * Advanced experience in operating and managing Oracle and PL/SQL databases, MySQL, MariaDB. * Experience in operating Windows-based platforms. * Knowledge of PGP, Python, SSH, FTP, Perl, PL/SQL, APIs, Java, Scripting, HTML 5\. * Simplicity in your thinking and approach. * Service-oriented mindset. **What do we expect from you?** * **Results Orientation:** You align your management and efforts toward achieving business objectives, maintaining a consistent commitment to service quality and customer satisfaction.
