Position Summary: We are seeking a Product Analyst for the Mass and Corporate Products team, focused on data analysis, service optimization, and customer experience. Key Highlights: 1. Data analysis for product and project performance. 2. Workflow design to optimize services and accelerate decision-making. 3. Customer Experience monitoring and development of improvement actions. Strix continues to grow! We are looking for a Product Analyst to join our Mass and Corporate Products team. What will be the main challenges of this role? Design and development of dashboards for various KPIs related to product performance. Analysis of databases for project kickoffs, internal research, portfolio segmentation, among others. Preparation of summaries, validations, and presentations. Workflow design to optimize service delivery, information exchange across departments, and accelerate decision-making. Monitoring all aspects related to Customer Experience to generate improvement actions. Development and execution of the product communication plan—both internally and externally. Delivery of training on product usage. Creation of training materials. Competitive analysis in the market. Proposal of new features and/or value-added services for products, along with feasibility studies. Development and management of product requirements. Formal software requirements specification (SRS) documentation. Academic background:** preferably students or graduates in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, other Engineering disciplines, Exact Sciences, or related fields. Occasional availability to visit clients both within and outside the city. **Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel:** advanced level) and Power BI. Knowledge of data analysis and programming.
