Joining YPF means becoming part of a project that combines experience, passion, and the energy required to keep building our future! ### **What Are We Looking For?** We are currently seeking an **Environmental Analyst – Industrial Projects**, with an analytical, proactive, and results-oriented profile, to ensure comprehensive environmental management in construction and infrastructure projects. ### **What Do We Value as a Differentiator?** * **Education:** Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Geology, Environmental Science degree, or related fields. * **Language:** English (desirable). * **Knowledge:** * Current environmental legislation. * Waste management and environmental monitoring. * Environmental Management Systems and ISO 14001\. * Management of environmental aspects and impacts in industrial projects. * Experience in construction sites and operational environments. * **Competencies:** * Results orientation and compliance focus. * Analytical ability and decision-making skills. * Organization and priority management. * Adaptability to demanding environments and fieldwork. * Effective communication with multiple stakeholders. ### **What Will Be Your Main Challenges?** * Identify, assess, and manage the project’s environmental aspects and impacts; develop, implement, and maintain updated Environmental Management Plans (EMPs). * Ensure compliance with current environmental regulations, corporate standards, and contractual requirements; manage permits and keep the project’s legal matrix up to date. * Conduct field environmental inspections, monitor indicators (waste, emissions, resource consumption), and analyze their evolution to support decision-making. * Detect deviations and coordinate the definition and implementation of corrective and preventive actions, ensuring follow-up and closure. * Supervise contractors’ environmental management and coordinate comprehensive waste management, including proper disposal and control. * Implement mitigation measures to minimize environmental impacts on soil, water, air, noise, and biodiversity. * Prepare technical reports and environmental performance reports, ensuring data quality and tracking of project indicators. * Participate in internal, external, and customer audits; coordinate documentation preparation; liaise with construction/engineering/safety/customer teams; and promote environmental culture through training and inductions. ### **Position Information** * **Work Location:** Neuquén * **Work Modality:** On-site, including fieldwork * **Willingness to Travel:** Yes If you are someone who: * Works with excellence and professionalism. * Gives your best every day, values meritocracy, and always strives for the extra mile. * Embraces challenges as opportunities to innovate and learn. * Enjoys teamwork and exchanging diverse perspectives. * Approaches projects with passion and commitment. * Promotes a positive work environment based on empathy, active listening, and respect.
