Ideal for a fast, curious learner comfortable with ambiguity and basic coding. **Technical Operations Associate** **About the Role** ProMedix Health is a Medical Technology company serving the senior community of Medicare patients nationally, in the United States. We're looking for an experienced Technical Operations Associate to support our AI systems, data infrastructure, and customer relationship automation. This is a hands\-on, high\-variety role. You will touch everything from AI voice agents to internal dashboards to compliance tooling. This is a great fit for someone early in their career who wants broad, real\-world exposure to AI infrastructure, healthcare operations, and automation, and who's excited to learn quickly on the job rather than needing everything pre\-defined. **What You'll Do** · Help build, test, and refine AI voice agents used in our automated call center, that will cover qualifying, onboarding, and follow\-up workflows · Support maintenance of internal analytics dashboards tracking patient pipeline, agent performance, and market data · Assist with customer relationship workflow automation, ticket routing, automated triggers and data cleanup · Execute defined technical tasks: writing scripts, testing integrations, debugging API calls, managing cloud infrastructure · Help maintain compliance tooling (e.g., monthly exclusion list checks) · Document processes as you learn them, so institutional knowledge doesn't live in one person's head · Take on agent development and provide creative thinking for enhanced delivery of service and improved new patient conversion rates and retention **What We're Looking For** **· YOU MUST BE FLUENT IN ENGLISH \- YOU MUST SUBMIT YOUR RESUME IN ENGLISH** · Comfortable writing and reading basic code. You don't need to be an expert, but you shouldn't be intimidated by a codebase · Familiarity with APIs and how systems talk to each other (even from personal projects or coursework) · Organized and detail\-oriented · Comfortable with ambiguity and picking things up quickly; we'll teach you our specific tools, but you should be a fast, curious learner · Nice to have (not required): exposure to cloud infrastructure, AWS , databases, no\-code/low\-code tools, or customer relationship platforms · Interest in healthcare, AI, or startup operations is a plus **Logistics** · Remote, full\-time · Compensation: Very competitive pay structure plus bonus opportunity, commensurate with experience Job Types: Full\-time, Part\-time Pay: $13,000\.00 \- $24,000\.00 per hour Application Question(s): * Have you ever built an AI Agent or AI Framework? * Have you ever done an API integration on your own from start to finish?
