Position Summary: Raízen Argentina is seeking an SSMA Lubricants Analyst to lead safety management, train personnel, and coordinate emergency plans at plants. Key Highlights: 1. Lead occupational safety and health management. 2. Coordinate and deliver safety training. 3. Participate in incident and accident investigations. At **Raízen Argentina**, we are seeking a **"SSMA Lubricants Analyst"** **Responsibilities and Duties** **Your Main Responsibilities Will Include:** * Develop training plans on related topics and deliver training sessions. * Foster synergy between the Corporate Health and Safety area to keep the plant’s emergency plan up to date. * Coordinate monthly meetings with emergency response teams and monitor the training plan \+ drills. * Draft procedures and instructions for departments. * Develop control tools for various operational points. * Lead coordination with the fire protection system maintenance provider. Develop action plans, track implementation, and ensure plan compliance. * Lead and maintain Self-Protection Systems according to Law No. 5920 of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires (CABA), through our contracted consultant, applicable across all three sites (California 3201, California 3202, and Bariloche 3088\). This includes: * Managing and coordinating drills * Ensuring validity of electronic files in TAD Ciudad * Managing and maintaining available equipment, as well as identifying needs for new equipment * Conducting inductions for newly hired personnel and contractors * Verifying contractor documentation * Issuing work permits and providing advisory support during task planning * Conducting field inspections and sector audits * Participating in incident and accident investigations * Managing and controlling PPE distribution via the Raízen platform **Requirements and Qualifications** * Academic background: Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety and Hygiene * Minimum of 2 years’ experience in related roles **Additional Information** * Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with possible Saturday overtime work as required by production and/or maintenance activities. * Work Location: Barracas, Autonomous City of Buenos Aires (CABA) *Equitable job search.
