Job Summary: We are seeking a Service Advisor to provide courteous and organized service to our customers, resolving issues and managing appointments to ensure smooth workshop operations. Key role in maintaining workshop order and operations The purpose of this position is to deliver courteous and organized service to all our customers, ensuring a positive experience from the first contact—demonstrating active listening, issue resolution, and support for customer needs, both in person and remotely; as well as proper appointment management, contributing to workshop order and operations. Main Responsibilities • Receiving vehicles for workshop entry. • Creating repair work orders. • Conducting inspections and monitoring ongoing jobs. • Preparing estimates and handling administrative tasks related to services. • Answering customer calls and providing in-person service. • Coordinating with technical staff and overseeing service quality control. Requirements • Experience in the automotive industry – preferably heavy-duty segment (mandatory) • Familiarity with data entry into Octosis or similar systems. • Experience in customer service and administrative tasks. • Professional appearance and excellent interpersonal disposition. • Organized, solution-oriented, and customer-focused profile. • Residence in Mataderos area or nearby neighborhoods.
