Job Summary: SAI Medicine is seeking a Quality Analyst to manage, maintain, and ensure regulatory and documentation compliance of the Quality Management System. Key Responsibilities: 1. Management and maintenance of Quality Management System documentation 2. Participation in internal and external audits 3. Collaboration with various departments to ensure standards At SAI Medicine, we are looking for a Quality Analyst. Main Responsibilities Manage and maintain up-to-date documentation of the Quality Management System (QMS). Execute record controls related to production, quality, and internal processes. Ensure regulatory and documentation compliance. Track non-conformities, deviations, and corrective actions/improvement opportunities. Participate in internal and external audits. Collaborate with various departments (Quality, Production, Commercial, among others) to ensure compliance with standards. Organize internal documentation, records, and procedures. Requirements Education: Advanced students or graduates in Engineering, Administration, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, or related fields. Technical profiles with experience in industrial processes, production, or quality will also be valued. Experience: Prior experience in Quality, Documentation, or Process areas within regulated industries (preferred). Experience in document management and quality systems will be valued. Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and Google Workspace tools. Knowledge of document management, traceability, quality control, and non-conformance management.
