Position Summary: We are seeking a Planning and Control Manager to lead the planning, analysis, and control of spare parts, materials, and tools supply, ensuring operational continuity of workshops and team development. Key Highlights: 1. Leads planning, analysis, and supply control. 2. Drives continuous improvement and standardization projects. 3. Leads and develops the team under supervision. We are looking for a Planning and Control Manager to join Grupo Flecha’s team to lead the planning, analysis, and control of processes related to the supply of spare parts, materials, and tools, ensuring operational continuity of workshops. Main Responsibilities: Analyze organizational demand for spare parts, materials, and tools, anticipating operational needs. Plan and manage necessary purchase requests to ensure workshop supply. Develop, implement, and monitor management indicators related to inventory levels, consumption, turnover, stockouts, overstock, and variances. Analyze strategic warehouse data to support decision-making in the Supply Department. Supervise and coordinate tasks of the Warehouse Auditor, defining audit criteria and priorities. Analyze audit results and promote corrective actions and improvement opportunities. Prepare management reports for the Supply Management team, identifying operational risks and opportunities. Drive continuous improvement, automation, and process standardization projects. Ensure updating and compliance with departmental procedures and operational guidelines. Lead and support the development of the team under supervision. Position Requirements: Graduates or advanced students in Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields. Minimum 3 years of experience in planning, supply, inventory control, or warehouse management roles. Experience leading teams and coordinating operational processes. Knowledge of management indicators, inventory management, and data analysis. Advanced proficiency in Excel and management tools. Willingness to travel domestically · Benefits: Health Insurance.
