That is why we are launching a new edition of our Trainee Program – Generation 106 – a 12-month experience designed for advanced university students seeking professional development, deep business understanding, and preparation for key positions within the organization. The program offers development opportunities in key areas such as Commercial, Operations, and Finance, primarily targeting candidates with backgrounds in Engineering, Administration, Economics, Accounting, Finance, and related disciplines, depending on the chosen segment. · What is the program about? The Trainee Program lasts 12 months, in part-time mode (20 hours per week), starting in June 2026. This edition offers 6 vacancies. Throughout the program, you will participate in a rotation scheme consisting of three 4-month periods across strategic business areas, aligned with your chosen segment. Supported by business mentors and individual mentoring, you will work on real projects, deliver value from day one, and develop a comprehensive understanding of Linde. · Program Development Areas During the program, trainees will develop across various key business areas according to their chosen segment, combining learning, active participation, and exposure to strategic processes. Commercial Segment In the Commercial segment, the program offers opportunities to develop within the company’s core businesses, including the Packaged Products Business (Cylinders), the Liquid Products and Key Accounts Business, and the Medical Products Business. Rotations will be primarily based at El Talar de Pacheco. Trainees will support end-to-end customer management, participate in market and industry analysis, provide support to commercial teams, and collaborate in identifying and developing opportunities. The objective is to acquire a full understanding of the product portfolio and grasp the commercial dynamics within industries critical to Linde. Depending on the assigned role and project, occasional client visits may be required. · Operations Segment The Operations segment targets those seeking to build a solid technical-operational foundation through direct experience in the company’s operations. Rotations will take place at the Gas Filling Plant (Packaged) – Pacheco, the Air Gases Production Plant, and the Service & Installation Plant – all located in the Pilar Industrial Park. During the program, trainees will engage in production processes, continuous improvement activities, and operational data analysis, working on projects related to safety, quality, and efficiency, with a focus on understanding the critical processes sustaining the business. · Finance Segment In the Finance segment, trainees will rotate across areas such as Procurement & Productivity, FP&A, and Pricing & Contracts, actively participating in the business’s economic and financial analysis. Rotations will be based at El Talar de Pacheco, with ongoing interaction across various internal departments, aimed at understanding how results are planned and monitored, how strategic financial decisions are made, and how these impact company performance and profitability. Specific rotations will be defined based on the chosen segment, participant profile, and business needs. · Who are we looking for? We seek advanced students with high potential who: Are in the final years of undergraduate studies in engineering, economics, or related disciplines, depending on the chosen segment. Have up to 18 months remaining until graduation. Possess intermediate/advanced English proficiency. Have personal mobility to commute within the area (Pacheco / Pilar) and for occasional client visits, as required by the program role. Are proactive, curious, eager to learn, and ready to embrace challenges. Are available to join full-time upon program completion.
