Job Summary: We are seeking a Production Operator to perform production tasks, operate machinery and equipment, and ensure product quality and compliance with safety standards. Key Responsibilities: 1. Operate machinery and equipment according to safety and quality standards. 2. Assist in the supply of production inputs and materials. 3. Participate in training on processes, quality, and safety. Role Mission: Carry out assigned production tasks, operating machinery and equipment per established procedures, ensuring product quality, achievement of production targets, and adherence to safety and hygiene regulations. Main Challenges: Operate machinery, equipment, and tools according to safety and quality standards. Meet production plans set by supervision. Perform basic quality controls during the production process. Identify and report malfunctions in machinery, equipment, or materials. Maintain order and cleanliness in the work area. Assist in the supply of production inputs and materials. Complete production records (forms, reports, systems). Comply with industrial safety and hygiene regulations. Participate in training on processes, quality, and safety. Collaborate with colleagues and supervisors to ensure continuity of the production process. Working Conditions Schedule: Monday to Friday, full-time, with rotating shifts from 6:00 to 14:30 or from 14:30 to 22:30. Work Mode: On-site.
