Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager in the cosmetics/pharmaceutical industry to design maintenance plans, manage teams and projects, and ensure safety. Key Highlights: 1. Our search targets an Electromechanical Professional / Technician with at least 5 years of proven experience in similar roles within Cosmetic / Pharmaceutical Laboratories. For successful performance, analytical ability, effective communication, teamwork, proactivity, interpersonal skills, and results orientation are required. Key Responsibilities: Design and organize the Plant's preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance plan. Lead and manage the maintenance team. Manage internal and contracted maintenance knowledge. Monitor and develop projects. Provide internal customer support. Participate in the Safety & Hygiene Committee. Ensure machine and facility safety, prioritizing risk prevention. Manage budget request processes, supplier selection, and development. Plan and coordinate third-party work.
