We are seeking a Functional Analyst capable of analyzing, designing, and implementing ERP system solutions aligned with business needs and technological capabilities to ensure optimization of business processes. Key Responsibilities: Provide functional support to users of corporate applications by analyzing functional issues in applications and identifying first- and second-level solutions. Analyze and develop reports on functional requirements arising from user requests. Conduct functional testing to validate corrections and new functionalities prior to implementation. Develop solutions, procedures, and improvements in the Help Desk knowledge base through analysis of recurring incidents/problem patterns. Participate in user training on proper application usage, providing support, guidance, and advice. Requirements: Professional or student in fields related to information systems, engineering, business administration, or similar disciplines. IT Tools: Familiarity with incident and ticket management tools such as Jira, InvGate Service Desk, etc. Minimum Experience: 1 year in similar roles such as Functional Analyst, Technical Support, or other IT positions—particularly within companies managing corporate applications. Conditions: Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM, hybrid schedule (3 days on-site, 2 remote) Work location: Barracas, CABA (willingness to commute to offices in Microcentro). -Requirements- Minimum Education: Tertiary degree 1 year of experience Keywords: analyst
