Professional stability and development We are currently looking for a Factory Manager to lead the production operations of our industrial PVC plant. Location: San Martin Work Schedule: Full time Main Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate daily plant production. Plan and optimize production processes. Manage the workforce (operators, technicians, supervisors). Ensure compliance with quality standards. Guarantee proper use and maintenance of machinery. Implement continuous improvements in productivity and efficiency. Coordinate with logistics, procurement, and administration departments. Monitor inventory of raw materials and finished products. Ensure compliance with industrial safety and hygiene regulations. Requirements Proven experience in similar positions (minimum 3 years). Technical/industrial background (Engineer, Technician, or related field). Experience in production plants (preferably plastics/PVC sector). Leadership and team management capabilities. Problem-solving, organized, and results-oriented profile. Knowledge of industrial processes and continuous improvement. Preferred Qualifications Experience in PVC extrusion (not mandatory).
