As the Facilities Execution Leader, you will play a key role in leading the assembly, installation, and commissioning phases of our projects, ensuring adherence to schedules, quality standards, and safety regulations. WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR? - Electromechanical, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineer—or a related field. - More than 6 years of experience in industrial project execution, including on-site assembly and installation. - Experience leading multidisciplinary teams (Mechanical, Electrical, and Commissioning). - Ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously. - Experience managing internal resources and subcontractors. - Results-oriented profile, focused on meeting deadlines and delivery quality. - Willingness to travel frequently to client facilities. - Proficiency in project management tools. - Please indicate your expected remuneration. WHAT IS THE OBJECTIVE OF THIS POSITION? To lead the physical execution of projects, covering both assembly at AFG’s facility and installation at the client’s site. Responsible for coordinating three disciplines at each stage—mechanical, electrical, and commissioning—ensuring adherence to timelines, quality, safety, and coordination with engineering and Project Managers. WE WILL ESPECIALLY VALUE: - Experience in industrial automation projects. - Knowledge of electrical and mechanical safety standards applicable to industrial works. - Experience with automation integration or project engineering firms. WHAT WILL BE YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES? 1- Plan and coordinate the assembly and installation schedule for all active projects. 2- Manage the three disciplines involved in each execution phase: mechanical, electrical, and commissioning. 3- Lead the workforce and coordinate subcontractors during assembly and installation phases. 4- Serve as the liaison between Execution, Engineering, and Project Management teams, ensuring effective communication and project tracking. 5- Ensure compliance with established quality, safety, and timeline standards. 6- Coordinate FAT, SAT, and post-sales support activities. 7- Manage operational logistics for projects, including team travel, accommodation, and per diems. 8- Track outstanding items, observations, and non-conformities following commissioning. 9- Maintain the project management system updated with actual progress for each project.
