Job Description: We are looking for an Automatic Machine Adjuster to join a growing technical team at a machinery manufacturing plant. This position is intended for electromechanical technicians, engineering or industrial design students with a practical profile and strong problem-solving orientation. The role requires expertise in commissioning, adjustment, and maintenance of automatic packaging machines used in food, pharmaceutical, and plastic industries, ensuring their proper operation, efficiency, and production quality. Main Responsibilities: - Assembly, disassembly, and adjustment of automatic packaging machines during their manufacturing process. - Commissioning of equipment for format changes and process optimization. - Diagnosis and resolution of mechanical and electrical failures. - Interpretation of alarms and root cause analysis. - Adjustment of operational parameters according to production requirements. - Interpretation of mechanical and electrical drawings. - Collaboration with production and engineering departments for continuous improvement. Requirements: - Technical qualification (Electromechanical Technician) or advanced students of Engineering / Industrial Design. - Proven experience operating and maintaining automatic machinery (preferably packaging equipment). - Knowledge of mechanics, industrial electricity, automation, and pneumatics. - Ability to detect and resolve failures in production equipment. - Ability to read and interpret technical drawings. Preferred Qualifications: - Basic knowledge of industrial automation (PLC, sensors, actuators). - Experience in continuous production lines. - Proactive, analytical, and results-oriented profile.
