Development of automations, dashboards, and data analysis **Digital Transformation & Cybersecurity Analyst** ======================================================== **Location: Tortuguitas Plant** **Role Objective** -------------------- Drive digital transformation initiatives and strengthen the cybersecurity posture across operational and corporate processes. The selected candidate will work closely with IT, OT, Engineering, and Business teams to develop automations, dashboards, data analysis, technological integrations, and security controls in industrial environments. This role requires a strong combination of technical skills, digital mindset, and the ability to collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary teams. **Key Responsibilities** --------------------------------- * Implement digital transformation initiatives focused on process optimization, automation, and advanced data analytics. * Design, develop, and maintain operational monitoring, KPI, and security metric dashboards in **Power BI**. * Create and manage automations using **Power Automate**, API integrations, and digital workflows. * Develop internal scripts and tools using **Python**. * Participate in vulnerability assessments, risk analyses, and remediation plan execution. * Collaborate with Engineering and **OT** teams to review industrial systems, PLCs, networks, and communications. * Support cybersecurity audits and compliance with standards. * Document processes, generate executive reports, and communicate findings to both technical and non-technical teams. * Ensure security best practices are embedded in every digitalization project. **Required Experience and Knowledge** ------------------------------------------ * Experience in digital transformation initiatives and process optimization. * Advanced proficiency in **Power BI** (data modeling, DAX, reporting). * Experience developing workflows in **Power Automate**, system integration, and APIs. * Knowledge of **PLCs, industrial systems, and OT ecosystems**. * Familiarity with vulnerability management: CVE, CVSS, scanning, and reporting. * Knowledge of **networks, industrial communications**, and cybersecurity fundamentals. * Experience with **SQL** or other databases. * Proficiency in **Python** for automation, analysis, or scripting. **Education** ------------- * University degree in Systems Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields. **Languages** ----------- * **Intermediate/Advanced English** (spoken and written) – mandatory.
