




Job Summary: The Customer Service Analyst will serve as the vital link between logistics operations and the end customer, ensuring agile and accurate handling of inquiries, pickups, and deliveries. Purpose of the Role The Customer Service Analyst will serve as the vital link between logistics operations and the end customer. Their primary mission is to ensure that every inquiry, pickup request, or question regarding deliveries is handled with agility, accuracy, and service excellence—ensuring information flows correctly within our system and to our field agents. Main Responsibilities Inquiry Management: Monitor and promptly respond to inquiries received via email, providing clear and professional solutions to our customers. Commercial Support: Act as the internal point of contact for commercial executives, delivering real-time updates on the status of pending deliveries and scheduled pickups. Pickup Administration: Systematically enter pickup requests into the management software and efficiently assign tasks to the corresponding field agents. Critical Operational Management: Maintain direct and fluent communication with agents/drivers to coordinate urgent matters requiring immediate attention. Operations Tracking: Ensure assigned processes meet the company's established response time requirements. Desired Profile Experience: Minimum 1–2 years in similar customer service roles, preferably within logistics, transportation, or distribution companies. Technical Skills: Proficient use of office tools (Outlook and Excel). Prior experience with logistics management systems (ERP/TMS). Employment Conditions Collective Bargaining Agreement: Covered under Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) 40/89 – Truck Drivers.
