Job Summary: We are seeking an organized, dynamic Logistics Analyst with strong communication skills to coordinate shipments, track deliveries, and maintain contact with customers, production, and commercial teams. Key Responsibilities: 1. Coordination of shipments and delivery tracking. 2. Customer, production, and commercial relationship management. 3. Collaboration in logistics cost analysis and supplier support. At Marco Aurelio Sosa, we are looking for a Logistics Analyst to join our Operations team. We seek an organized, dynamic individual with strong communication skills to coordinate shipments, track deliveries, and maintain consistent contact with customers, production, and commercial teams. Main Responsibilities: Manage shipment schedules. Generate loading orders. Coordinate deliveries with production and the commercial team. Plan routes and monitor shipments. Maintain contact with customers, drivers, and carriers. Quote transportation services and collaborate on logistics cost analysis. Customer and supplier support. Record administrative information and departmental KPIs. Provide support to the logistics team. Requirements: Completed secondary education. Relevant tertiary or university studies (preferred). Prior experience in logistics, operational coordination, or administration.
