




Position Summary: We are seeking a Workshop Supervisor for a multinational company, responsible for overseeing daily engine reconditioning activities and promoting continuous improvement. Our Recruitment, Selection, and Assessment Division has initiated a search for a Workshop Supervisor for a leading multinational company specializing in energy infrastructure and gas compression solutions. 🎯 Position Mission The primary objective is to supervise daily operations of the engine comprehensive reconditioning workshop, ensuring proper execution of maintenance, repair, and conditioning tasks for large-scale industrial equipment. We seek a candidate with a continuous improvement mindset who will act as an agent of change to professionalize and modernize current processes. Key Responsibilities: Operational Management: Supervise the production plan, managing Gantt charts, materials, and orders via management systems (SAP). Team Leadership: Coordinate a diverse team of approximately 10 technicians, promoting competency development and a positive work environment. Quality and Safety Control: Ensure compliance with QHSE standards, technical procedures, and documentary traceability during audits. Process Optimization: Promote improvement initiatives regarding workshop layout, workflow, and digitalization to eliminate idle time. 👤 Desired Profile: Education: Mechanical, Electrical, or Electromechanical Technician. Experience: Minimum 3–5 years in similar supervisory roles, preferably within the Oil & Gas sector. Technical Knowledge: Metrology, operation of multi-brand industrial engines, and technical English. IT Tools: Advanced Office Suite (Excel), MS Project, and SAP proficiency preferred. Skills: Leadership, proactive approach to process modernization, planning, and problem-solving. 💼 Offer and Conditions: Work Location: Based in Plottier, Neuquén.
